Internal-only notes on annotations carry through to the BOM/Routing IPT step, the Job Tracker IPT tab, the Quality tab on the job page, and the Inspection Plan download.

New Basic dimension type in the bubbler — basic callouts are always relative to a specific GD&T feature, have no tolerance, and are assumed in-tolerance when recorded in the job tracker.

Price break discounts now appear on Quote and Sales Order previews — matching how line items already display them. Available under the "Price Break Discount Display" feature flag.

Jobs now sort by soonest due date by default, with no-due-date jobs at the bottom. No more scrolling past next year's jobs to find today's jobs. Death to clicks.

What we used to call "Can Run Unattended" is now "Lights Out" everywhere it shows up (Equipment, Operation, Work Center, Work Order, BOM routing side panel). The underlying property is unchanged, but the new label is much clearer for shops setting it for the first time.

Three changes to make recommendations match how shops actually buy:

• Reservation-aware recommendations. The selector now subtracts inventory that's already committed to jobs with existing POs. 10 sheets on hand, 7 already committed → only 3 count as available.
• Weight-based supplementation. When a job consumes more material than originally estimated, the standard calculation can underestimate demand. The selector now detects these cases and supplements with a weight-based estimate; the tooltip flags when it does.
• Clearer recommendation tooltips. Full breakdown — required quantity, on-hand inventory, quantity reserved for existing jobs, and the final recommended purchase quantity.

CreatedUtc on the FileAttachment GET endpoint. Folks vibe-coding against the Public API needed the file creation date exposed.

Mobile / tablet nav closes automatically after you tap a page. The old behavior required tapping the close icon manually, which was a constant annoyance on smaller screens.

You can now delete bubble annotations (along with their associated IPT checkpoints) from in-progress jobs even if there are already responses recorded against the checkpoint. Those responses will be deleted along with the checkpoint. We'll highlight the delete buttons in red and provide a warning tooltip if the user is about to delete a checkpoint with responses logged to it, in order to mitigate accidental deletions

When a Quality > Tool is marked as inactive, that can be a red flag for some auditors or quality team members.  However, if it's inactive because it's out for calibration, that's a good thing!  This release adds an inactive status option for 'Out of Tolerance'.

The bubble annotation edit form now includes a toggle to switch off AI-generated autofilling of the annotation data from the drawing selection. This is useful for cases where a production manager wants to create annotations referencing features on the drawing but without using the values called out; e.g., creating checkpoints with over/under-sized measurement targets and tolerances for intermediate steps in the process.

Inspection reports often require a separate column for each inspection result. For example, during a run of 100 parts with sampling every 10 units, the report should include columns for 10, 20, 30, and so on. Previously, the In Process Tracking (IPT) download added a new row for each response. A new tab has now been added to the IPT download that places responses in columns instead of rows. This can be found in the Quality tab of your job data.

We’ve been doing a lot of work in preparation for some upcoming CMMC audits, and wanted to share some general updates related to CMMC:

• Tightened network controls: Set stricter rules about what traffic can enter and leave our systems, adding another layer to our existing security
• Strengthened login requirements: Added multi-factor authentication and tighter access controls to meet compliance standards — machines now use dedicated secure identities instead of shared credentials
• Enhanced our monitoring: Layered in additional threat detection and alerting on top of existing monitoring to meet CMMC audit requirements
• Deployed a compliance scheduling service: Stood up dedicated infrastructure to run automated CMMC compliance tasks on a timer, with properly scoped credentials
• Created a hardened baseline machine image: Built a stricter, pre-configured "template" for all new machines — ensuring every server starts from a compliance-verified secure state rather than relying on manual configuration
