Three changes to make recommendations match how shops actually buy:
- Reservation-aware recommendations. The selector now subtracts inventory that's already committed to jobs with existing POs. 10 sheets on hand, 7 already committed → only 3 count as available.
- Weight-based supplementation. When a job consumes more material than originally estimated, the standard calculation can underestimate demand. The selector now detects these cases and supplements with a weight-based estimate; the tooltip flags when it does.
- Clearer recommendation tooltips. Full breakdown — required quantity, on-hand inventory, quantity reserved for existing jobs, and the final recommended purchase quantity.
