Operators can now ask Archie questions without leaving Job Tracking. Open the Notes panel on an operation and switch from Chat to Archie. Archie already knows the job and operation you’re working on. You can also paste or attach the operation’s numerical control (NC) program and ask Archie about it.
Admins can upload machine and operator manuals as PDFs, or pick from Fulcrum’s reference library, under System Data → Archie → Equipment Manuals. Link each manual to a piece of equipment. Archie then looks things up in the manual for the machine the operation is scheduled on and cites the page, so operators can open the manual right there.
