Archie is an AI assistant built into Fulcrum. It has access to your live data: jobs, sales orders, quotes, purchase orders, invoices, customers, vendors, inventory, work orders, NCRs, schedule, shipping, receiving. It can answer questions, surface problems, and help you get things done.
It’s not a separate product or an add-on. It’s inside Fulcrum, in the chat panel, ready when you need it.
Archie is now in beta.
WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH IT
Ask what’s wrong. “What are my top problems right now?” Archie scans across your operation and tells you: late jobs, overdue POs, cost overruns, open NCRs, unbilled shipments. No reports to pull. No screens to click through. You get the answer in human language with links to go act on it.
Ask about your data. “What’s the actual cost on Job 3062?” “How’s our on-time delivery this month?” “What’s the outstanding balance for Acme Corp?” Archie answers from live data, not cached reports.
Ask how to do something. “How do I split a pick between two lots?” “How do I reopen a completed operation?” Archie walks you through it step by step, or offers to just do it for you. This is especially valuable for things people don’t do every day.
Upload a PDF or drawing. Customer POs, prints, packing slips. Archie can read them and connect the information to what’s already in Fulcrum.
Make quick updates. Change a due date, adjust a quantity. Tell Archie what to update instead of navigating to the right screen. More create/adjust capabilities are coming soon.
Follow up naturally. Archie understands context. Ask about a job, then ask about its PO, then ask about the vendor. It follows the thread without you having to re-explain.
PERMISSIONS AND COMPLIANCE
Archie honors user-level permissions. If a user can’t access sales orders in Fulcrum, Archie won’t answer questions about sales orders. Archie is also ITAR compliant.
