Create NCR from Job Tracking

New functionality to Create an NCR from the job tracker. Once clicked the NCR will be created with the job with the following fields prepopulated:

• Operation
• Work Center
• Department
• Scheduled Equipment
• Job
• Any associated sales order/customer
• Quantity made

New fields/changes to the NCR page:

• Scheduled Equipment
• Operator
• Actual items available for the job (instead of free text field)
• Customer is no longer a required field for NCRs
