fulcrum Builder

Software that molds to you, not the other way around.

The dashboards, custom apps and tools your software never had. Describe one. Builder makes it in Fulcrum, on your live data, in minutes, not months.

Your shop isn’t off the shelf. Your software shouldn’t be either.

Built by Fulcrum customers

Every spreadsheet in your shop is proof your software doesn’t fit you. Hundreds of Fulcrum apps are changing that, built by nearly a hundred shops. Three of them, rebuilt on sample data:

The problem

The night shift needed to know which raw material to stage for a 6:00 AM turret run. That list lived in a separate paid tool, rebuilt by hand whenever the schedule moved.

Every work order needed a traveler the floor could actually use. Each one was built by hand in Acrobat, ten minutes at a time, a dozen jobs open at once.

The problem

Production ran off a weekly Excel export of open order lines. By Tuesday it was stale, and four departments each worked from their own copy.

What they builtProduction listOpen order lines with the operations still to run, by division, linked to the job. Nine people now read the same list.

A report tells you. An app lets you act.

Builder apps write to Fulcrum, not just read from it. Move a job, set a due date, open an NCR. Publish once and the whole team works from the same app.

Why it works in Fulcrum

Build custom software with manufacturing context.

ChatGPT and Claude can write code. They don't know manufacturing, your Fulcrum, or what a usable screen looks like. Builder was taught all of it, so you describe the outcome and get working software.

Trained on how manufacturing works

Feeds and speeds. Setups, outside processing, scrap, rework. How a job really moves across a floor.

Trained on Fulcrum

Your jobs, items, routings and customers. Live, not exported. It knows how to write a change back safely.

Trained on what good software looks like

Screens people actually use. Filters that remember you. Versions kept. Publish to who needs it.

Trained on how a shop makes money

Costing, on-time delivery, margin by customer, capacity. It knows which numbers matter and why.

Three sentences. Four minutes. Working software.

Rethink what your software is allowed to do

If a process lives in a spreadsheet, your software didn’t fit.

Every spreadsheet in a shop is proof. Builder is how the shop gets the screen no software company would ever ship, without a consultant.

If you are pasting shop data into a chatbot, you are the integration.

Builder is already inside Fulcrum, on live data, with your permissions. No export, no second login, no API to maintain.

Unlimited viewers

Every user on your account can open every page. You are never charged per seat to look at one.

Live Fulcrum data

Pages read your jobs, materials and shipments as they are. No exports, syncs or integrations to maintain.

Secure

Only your site. Nothing you teach it leaves. Your existing Fulcrum sign-in and access controls carry straight through.

Your permissions apply

Pages respect the access rules you already have. Nobody sees anything they couldn’t see already.

Hosted by Fulcrum, ITAR secure

Nothing to deploy and no infrastructure to run. Pages sit in your navigation alongside everything else.

A pooled annual token allowance

Every plan includes a yearly allowance of AI tokens, pooled across the year.

FAQs

Is Builder included with Pro?

Builder is a separate product. Chat stays included for everyone, and Pro still includes all the reporting it always has. Building software with AI has a real per-build cost, so the shops that build pay for it and viewing stays free for everyone on the account.

Does editing count as a new app? Does deleting free a slot?

Editing doesn’t. Deleting does. The limit is how many apps exist at once, and empty or unpublished apps count, so clean up first.

Does it train on our data?

No. Each customer’s data is segregated and nothing you teach it leaves your site.

What if it builds the wrong thing?

Tell it what to change. Every version is kept and any one restores.

We are ITAR. Are we on a worse model?

Shops enabled on our government-cloud rollout run the same model as everyone else, hosted in AWS GovCloud. Ask us where your site stands.

Can I connect QuickBooks or my CRM?

External data connections are coming. Ask us about your system.
