Hey, I'm Dan from Fulcrum, and in this video, I'm going to show you how our custom reporting tool works. Fulcrum captures data throughout the shop. Our goal is to make all of that data that you're already capturing easy and fast to access. So while there are some pre-created reports, our reporting tool leverages AI technology so you can simply ask a question, and it will generate the report for you. You can also customize your reports to make them exactly how you want to see them.
Any data that you are capturing in Fulcrum is available to report on in this tool—quotes, sales, purchasing, production, shipping, and invoicing. But for the purpose of this video, we're going to focus on our sales data.
There are a few different ways you can use the tool. There are pre-built reports that you can see here. So if we take a look at our sales order data, we can see that we can also change the format, make any adjustments that we might want, and save a copy for later. You can also create a brand new report if you'd like and then use the reporting AI tool if you want some help.
You can simply ask who my best customer is, and it’s going to ask you how you want to quantify that. We can say by total sales, and then we can go ahead and create that chart and drop it into our brand new report. This report can then be saved and used at a later date.
