Progress-billing invoices now sync to QuickBooks Online, so partial billings on a long project land in your books without anyone re-entering them.
Archie can now update an item's description, both general ledger (GL) codes, and its unit of measure, with a preview to confirm before anything is actually written.
Archie can now read the contents of an Excel workbook you upload, in both the chat panel and the fullscreen Archie page.
Coordinate measuring machine (CMM) import, previously limited to a beta group, is now available to every customer on Quality v1.
Every shop has quality documents its customers require, and every customer wants a different format. You can now upload your own Certificate of Conformance as a PDF template in the new Templates section under Quality. Fulcrum's AI suggests a data source for each field, so you review and confirm the mapping instead of building it by hand. Fields can also be set for manual entry, signature, date, or a checkbox filled in at generation time.
Once a template is mapped, pick it from the dropdown on any job's Certs tab and Fulcrum fills it in, producing a PDF that matches your original format. Certificates of Conformance come first, with more quality documents to follow.
Fulcrum's default Certificate of Conformance used to leave the signature line blank — you'd print it, sign it, and scan it back in. Now you can sign a certificate digitally right from the certification window by leaving Sign toggled on, and the signature prints in the certificate's own typeface.
The PDF viewer now re-renders at your zoom level, so zoomed-in text and detail stay crisp. Before, a PDF held the resolution it loaded at no matter how far you zoomed, and fine detail blurred.
Share ->The CAD viewer can now open 3D PDF (PRC) files, including annotations that can be shown or hidden.
The bill of materials importer now accepts .tif, .tiff, .jpeg, and .bmp drawing files, on top of the formats it already handled.
The Cost of Goods Sold report now shows the lot number consumed on each line, so material cost ties back to the exact lot that went out the door.
You can now fix an item's unit of measure as long as it hasn't been used in a transaction yet, instead of the field locking immediately after creation.
Lot tracking and the non-inventory flag are now right there when you create or edit an item, instead of requiring a follow-up edit after the fact.
Receiver search now matches on any part of a receiver's number, not just the beginning or an exact match.
The public API can now download a shipment's packing slip PDF directly, so your integrations can pull the same slip that ships with the order.
Job and sales order hour reporting now breaks estimated labor and machine hours out into two figures, instead of lumping them into one combined estimate.
