Item Usage and Supply Report

We’ve added a new report to help you understand the historical usage and supply of an item.

Key pieces of information included are:

• Quantity used and estimated days of supply based on a timeframe.
• The default is one year but you can expand to see 30; 60; 90; 180 days
• Current quantity demanded, on hand, available, and incoming
• Quantity you can make from your inventory if it’s a make item
• Primary vendor and lead time if it’s a buy item.

The report is accessed via the More Actions menu on the Items page.
