How the token allowance works
Creating and editing a page uses AI, and that is what the allowance covers. Viewing a page uses none of it, so the people reading your pages or using your tools never draw down the balance. Most pages are built well inside five million tokens. The allowance is set deliberately high. You should not have to think about it, and the additional charge exists only to cover our costs in the rare case that usage runs far beyond normal. The allowance is pooled annually, so a heavy month of building does not matter as long as the year stays within it.
